For seniors and the family who help
Remember what the doctor said.
Bowcare keeps every visit in one place — the questions you meant to ask, the notes from the room, and the takeaway in plain words.

Primary care
Dr. Owen Baptiste
Takeaway
The dose of the blood pressure medicine goes up to 10 mg. Recheck in six weeks.
How it works
Three moments, one place to put them.
1. Before
Write down what you want to ask. Bowcare shows the list on the day, in large print.
2. During
Type a line while you are in the room. Notes attach to that visit — no folders to manage.
3. After
Read the takeaway in plain words, then share it with the person who helps you.
Built for two people at once.
For you, when the visit is yours.
- You keep your own record — no one has to sit in the room with you.
- Your questions are waiting on the screen when the doctor asks if you have any.
- The takeaway is in plain words you can read again at home.
- You choose who sees it, and you can stop sharing any time.
Questions
What people ask first.
Do I need a smartphone?
A phone or a tablet works. Bowcare also opens in a web browser on a computer, with the same large print.
Who else can see my visits?
Only you, until you invite someone. You can invite a caregiver to sign in, or send a private view-only link, and you can turn either off whenever you like.
Can I keep track of bills?
Yes. Each person has a payments screen for bills and insurance details. Bowcare keeps the record — it does not take card payments or file claims for you.
What does it cost?
Nothing to start. Make an account, add the next visit, and see if it helps before anything else.
Accessibility
Accessible because of who uses it.
Bowcare is used by people with low vision, tremor, hearing loss and memory trouble. Accessibility is the product, not a box to tick.
- Text and zoom
- Body text starts at 18px and reflows without losing anything.
- Keyboard
- Every control is reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
- Screen readers
- Status messages are announced, not only shown in colour.
- Contrast
- Body text aims past the AA bar so it holds up in bright rooms.
